HOT TAMALE is Tallahassee's leading dual-kazoo, neo-vaudeville acoustic music ensemble, for great live music.  They are chiefly known for their upbeat performances at festivals like Springtime Tallahassee and The Annual Swamp Stomp.  They play a wide variety of musical genres, including  gritty blues songs from early artists like Ma Rainey and Robert Johnson, jazzy thirties-era vaudeville tunes,  vintage Hank Williams barn-burners,  showy Motown classics, plus Hot Tamale’s own snappy original songs, melodic ballads, and folksy, comic showtunes—all presented with strut and style.
